1 UNIT = ENTIRE SUITE. SUITE IS RENTED TO 1 PARTY AT A TIME. RATES POSTED ARE FOR 2PPL/1BDRM. ADD $100/NIGHT/ADDITIONAL BEDROOM (UP TO 2PPL/BDRM). RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED UPON CONFIRMATION BY HOST. | | This tastefully decorated private suite has its own private entrance and includes two bedrooms each with a luxurious pillow-top king size bed, one of the bedrooms has ensuite access to the bathroom which includes a tub/shower combination. The spacious open concept kitchen, dining room and living room combination includes a cozy gas fireplace, cable TV and sofa-bed. The large kitchen includes a center island, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (no stove/oven). Complimentary coffee/tea is included. BBQ available outside with a burner for cooking. | | An office area with desk and free wireless internet available for guest use. From the Queen Elizabeth Way
• Take exit 38B Glendale Avenue North and follow the signs to Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Stone Road Hwy/Regional Rd. 55. You will make a right off the exit ramp onto Glendale Avenue, then left onto York Road, first right onto Airport Road and right onto Niagara Stone Road, Hwy. 55.
• Follow Hwy 55 to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
• Turn right on Mary St. (fifth set of lights)
• Turn left on Gate St. (second street on your left)

We require a credit card to guarantee the booking. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival.
Following is our cancellation policy: You have up till two weeks before the scheduled date of arrival to cancel your reservation without penalty. If you cancel within the two weeks, but not less than 4 days before the scheduled date of arrival, half of the total rate is due. If cancellation is made within 4 days of the scheduled date of arrival the total rate is due. If the Suite is re-rented for the dates of your reservation, there will not be a charge except for any shortfall in the rental amount. (example: If you booked 3 days and we are only able to rent 1 day, only the difference will be charged.)
Your credit card is held in the event of a cancellation, damages or additional people. Your credit card will only be charged if a cancelation is made within the cancelation period, if any damages are caused to the accommodation, or if you have additional people in the suite and do not pay for same when you settle your account with us. |
